After staying up late, you need about 100-200 milligrams of caffeine. The dose is equivalent to 1-2 cups of coffee or black tea.

If you are accustomed to drinking caffeine everyday, you may need a higher dose, but not higher than 600 milligrams of caffeine (4 cups of coffee or black tea). You can drink it in the afternoon or evening.

5. Eat more protein

If you want to stay awake after staying up late, you should multiply foods that contain protein rather than carbohydrates. The reason is, eating foods that contain carbohydrates can make you full faster. These conditions make you more easily drowsy.


6. Take a nap


The most effective way to stay fresh and not sleepy after staying up late is to sleep during the day. The researchers revealed that you became 34 percent more focused on your activities if you took a nap for 26 minutes.

If you want to get rid of drowsiness by taking a nap, just do it for 10 minutes. Don't take a nap for more than 45 minutes because it risks making you dizzy when you wake up from sleep.
